Hocevar finished 21st in Sunday’s Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. After starting 20th, the 21-year-old would battle a tight-handling Zeigler Auto Group Chevy in the opening stage. As the team made adjustments, Hocevar would maintain track position into the end of Stage 2. During Stage 3, a weather delay late into the night would declare the race official on lap 249.
