This past Sunday, special Zeigler-invited guests Tom Izzo and Mel Tucker delivered the famous “start your engines” command as Co-Grand Marshals at the Firekeepers Casino 400. The head coaches- basketball and football, respectively- flew into the Michigan International Speedway via helicopter in partnership with MSU sponsor Nike. The top coaches also posed for pictures next to the Zeigler-sponsored, Spire Motorsports driver Josh Bilicki who was behind the wheel of the Zeigler.com x MSU 77 Camaro finishing 21st at the NASCAR Cup Series Race.

 

KALAMAZOO, MICH. (March 22, 2022)  – Zeigler.com’s 77 sported a very special color scheme this past weekend in collaboration with Michigan State University. The Spartan-themed Camaro earned top points from fans and national media for showing its MSU pride at Michigan International Speedway during the Firekeepers Casino 400. Behind the wheel was Zeigler-sponsored, Spire Motorsports driver Josh Bilicki, who finished 21st at the NASCAR Cup Series Race.

Besides the new paint job, Zeigler also coordinated the invitation of MSU coaches Tom Izzo and Mel Tucker as Grand Marshals for the event with the coaches signaling the beginning of the race with the “start your engines” command.

Tucker and Izzo arrived at the race via a Nike-sponsored helicopter that landed at Michigan International Speedway in time for the kick off of the event. They joined the over 80+ Zeigler-invited guests that included employees across all of the auto group’s properties spanning four states.
